25% Discount for Purchasers of EASY-MCA with a Comparable MCA Card Trade-In of the same or higher resolution

With the introduction of the EASY-MCA, to begin shipping to customers in late September 2008, ORTEC customers can take advantage of an exciting trade-in offer.

Return any comparable MCA card* in operational condition of the same or higher resolution of the EASY-MCA that you are purchasing and receive a 25% discount on the purchase of the EASY-MCA.

This offer will only be available for a limited time for orders placed AT THE FACTORY through April 5th 2009.

There are some important steps that must be followed, so read the details below carefully:

  1. When requesting a quote for an EASY-MCA, advise your salesperson that you have a working comparable MCA card that you would like to trade in for a 25% discount.  The card must be a fully operational unit and must be of the same resolution or higher as the EASY-MCA (2K or 8K) that you are purchasing.
     
  2. When you receive your new EASY-MCA, you will need to return your MCA card with a copy of the completed Trade-In form to the ORTEC office from which you purchased your EASY-MCA to receive your discount (the package should be clearly marked on the outside with the following: RA#TRADE).  The MCA card must be returned within 30 days of receiving the EASY-MCA, or you will be billed for the additional 25%.

It's that simple!

Take advantage of this offer, and remember some important details:

  • Orders must be received at the factory by April 5, 2009
  • The return must be an operational comparable MCA card
  • Must complete and return the Trade-In form with the trade-in MCA card
  • Return to ORTEC within 30 days of receipt of the EASY-MCA
