Highly-Automated Uranium
Enrichment Monitor The
E-METER™ is a highly-automated Uranium Enrichment Monitor designed
around the ORTEC DART Portable MCA.
The E-METER system uses industry-standard enrichment
measurement methodology in a way which is entirely automatic in routine operation, through
the use of pre-characterized, temperature-stabilized NaI detectors. The 32-bit application
program operates within the ORTEC CONNECTIONS environment under Windows® 95/98/NT, and provides separate
Operator and Supervisor modes, saving the results to an Access®-compatible
database.E-METER will make routine enrichment measurements
simpler for Safeguards and NDA operatives worldwide. |
